Kelly Hosiery Mill is a small town, family-owned business that started in April 1966 by Joe and Ora Lee Watts.

It is now owned and operated by Kelly and Lovanda Watts.

We are basically a greige goods manufacturer with the abilities to offer complete finished goods.
